1. Who we are

This website is operated by Bargain Vape ("Bargain Vape", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site presents information about hemp-derived THC products and is intended only for adults aged 21 and over, and for licensed retail buyers evaluating our products for resale. By entering the site you represent that you are at least 21 years of age and of legal age to view this content in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we reasonably believe does not meet these requirements.

3. This site is not a store

Bargain Vape sells to retail businesses only. This website does not sell products, take payment, or fulfil consumer orders. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell to consumers. Product images, descriptions, display box configurations and the price printed on packaging are provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

A wholesale inquiry submitted through this site is a request for information. It does not create a binding order, reserve stock, or guarantee pricing or availability. Any sale is subject to a separate written agreement between Bargain Vape and the purchasing business.

4. Product and legal information

Our products are derived from hemp containing no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, as defined by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"). Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Hemp-derived THC products are regulated differently from state to state and some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit them entirely. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that these products may lawfully be purchased, stocked and resold in their jurisdiction. We make no representation that these products are lawful in any particular location.

Retailers who stock our products may use our product photography and brand assets for the purpose of marketing those products, provided the assets are not altered, recoloured or used in a way that misrepresents the brand. All other use requires our written permission.

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
